TERMS & CONDITIONS
PART 1 – DEFINITIONS, INTERPRETATION & GENERAL PROVISIONS
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all bookings and use of any meeting room, boardroom, training room, event space, day office, day pass, hot desk or any other workspace or facility made available by Thrivespot Pty Ltd ("Thrivespot", "we", "our" or "us") on an hourly or daily basis.
These Terms apply to all customers, including Members and Non-Members, together with any employees, contractors, guests, invitees, attendees or other persons accessing a Space under a booking made by a customer.
By making a booking, paying any applicable fees, entering any Thrivespot premises, or using a Space, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
If you are booking on behalf of a company, partnership, trust, incorporated association or other organisation, you warrant that you are authorised to enter into these Terms on behalf of that entity and bind it to these Terms.
2. Definitions
Unless the context otherwise requires:
Additional Charges means any amounts payable in addition to the Booking Fees, including charges relating to damage, excessive cleaning, repairs, replacement of equipment, additional services, unpaid invoices or any other amount payable under these Terms.
Booking means a reservation accepted by Thrivespot for the use of a Space.
Booking Confirmation means any confirmation issued by Thrivespot by email, invoice, booking portal or other written communication confirming a Booking.
Booking Fees means the fees payable for the use of a Space together with any additional products or services purchased in connection with the Booking.
Business Hours means the standard operating hours of Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, excluding public holidays.
Customer, you or your means the individual or legal entity making the Booking.
Member means a customer holding a current membership, licence agreement or other ongoing service agreement with Thrivespot.
Non-Member means any customer who is not a Member.
Premises means any building, tenancy or facility occupied or operated by Thrivespot.
Space means any meeting room, boardroom, training room, event space, day office, day pass workspace, hot desk, shared workspace or other area made available by Thrivespot for hourly or daily use.
Attendee means every person attending or entering the Premises under your Booking.
Property means all furniture, fixtures, fittings, equipment, technology, access devices, keys, security cards, televisions, displays, whiteboards, kitchen facilities and all other assets owned, leased or controlled by Thrivespot.
Services means any facilities, equipment, internet access, hospitality services or other services provided by Thrivespot in connection with a Booking.
3. Interpretation
Unless the context otherwise requires:
a. a reference to the singular includes the plural and vice versa;
b. headings are included for convenience only and do not affect interpretation;
c. references to legislation include all amendments, replacements and subordinate legislation;
d. where an obligation is imposed on more than one person, those obligations are joint and several;
e. references to a person include an individual, company, trust, partnership, incorporated association or other legal entity.
4. Nature of the Booking
Each Booking grants you temporary, personal, revocable and non-exclusive access to occupy the booked Space during the approved Booking period only.
Your Booking does not create:

a lease;
-
a retail lease;
-
a tenancy;
-
exclusive possession;
-
a licence;
-
any proprietary interest in the Premises.
Thrivespot retains possession, management and control of all Premises at all times.
Nothing contained within these Terms shall be interpreted as creating a landlord and tenant relationship between Thrivespot and any Customer.
5. Scope of these Terms
These Terms apply to every casual booking made with Thrivespot unless otherwise agreed by Thrivespot in writing.
Where a Customer also holds a Membership Agreement or Licence Agreement with Thrivespot, these Terms apply in addition to that agreement to the extent they relate to casual bookings.
If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and a written agreement signed by both parties relating specifically to a Booking, the written agreement will prevail only to the extent of the inconsistency.
6. Authority to Enter into these Terms
If you make a Booking on behalf of another person or entity, you warrant that:
a. you have full authority to bind that person or entity;
b. the Booking is made with the knowledge and authority of that entity;
c. all persons attending under the Booking will comply with these Terms; and
d. you remain personally responsible for ensuring compliance with these Terms regardless of whether another person ultimately attends the Booking.
7. Right to Refuse or Decline Bookings
Thrivespot reserves the right, acting reasonably, to refuse, decline, cancel or suspend any Booking where:
a. the proposed use is inconsistent with these Terms;
b. the Booking presents an unreasonable operational, security or safety risk;
c. false or misleading information has been provided;
d. required payments have not been received;
e. the Customer has previously breached these Terms or another agreement with Thrivespot;
f. Thrivespot reasonably believes the Booking may adversely affect the safety, reputation, operations or enjoyment of the Premises by other customers; or
g. Thrivespot is otherwise entitled to do so under these Terms or applicable law.
Nothing in this clause limits any rights available to Thrivespot under Australian law.
8. Variations to these Terms
Thrivespot may amend these Terms from time to time.
The version published on Thrivespot's website at the time of the Booking will apply unless otherwise agreed in writing.
No variation, amendment or waiver of these Terms will be binding unless made in writing by an authorised representative of Thrivespot.
9. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing contained within these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or any other applicable legislation.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales.
The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and the Commonwealth of Australia in relation to any dispute arising from or connected with these Terms or any Booking.
PART 2 – BOOKINGS, ACCESS & USE OF THE SPACE
11. Bookings
11.1 All Bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until accepted by Thrivespot.
11.2 A Booking may be made through Thrivespot's website, online booking platform, email, telephone, in person or by any other booking method approved by Thrivespot.
11.3 Thrivespot may require full payment, partial payment or other information before confirming a Booking.
11.4 Thrivespot reserves the right to refuse or decline any Booking at its reasonable discretion.
11.5 A Booking is personal to the Customer and may not be assigned, transferred, sub-licensed or otherwise made available to another person without Thrivespot's prior written consent.
11.6 The Customer is responsible for ensuring that all booking information, including the selected Space, booking duration, attendee numbers and contact details, is accurate.
11.7 Thrivespot is not responsible for errors arising from incorrect information supplied by the Customer.
12. Booking Confirmation
12.1 Once accepted, Thrivespot will issue a Booking Confirmation.
12.2 The Booking Confirmation records the details of the Booking and forms part of these Terms.
12.3 It is the Customer's responsibility to review the Booking Confirmation promptly and notify Thrivespot of any discrepancies before the Booking commences.
13. Booking Period
13.1 Access to the Space is limited strictly to the Booking period specified in the Booking Confirmation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
13.2 The Booking period includes any setup, delivery, pack-down and departure time required by the Customer.
13.3 Customers should ensure sufficient time is booked for all activities associated with their Booking.
13.4 Thrivespot is under no obligation to extend any Booking where another booking is scheduled immediately before or after the Booking.
14. Access to the Premises
14.1 Access arrangements will be determined by Thrivespot and may include reception check-in, electronic access, temporary access credentials or other access methods.
14.2 Customers must comply with all security procedures implemented by Thrivespot.
14.3 Access credentials remain the property of Thrivespot and must not be copied, shared, reproduced or provided to any unauthorised person.
14.4 Customers are responsible for all persons entering the Premises using access credentials issued in connection with their Booking.
14.5 Thrivespot may deactivate access credentials at any time where reasonably necessary for operational or security purposes.
15. Arrival and Departure
15.1 Customers and Attendees must arrive and depart in an orderly manner.
15.2 Entry to the booked Space before the Booking commencement time is not guaranteed.
15.3 Customers must vacate the Space promptly upon expiry of the Booking period.
15.4 Before leaving, Customers must:
a. remove all personal belongings;
b. remove any materials brought into the Space;
c. switch off equipment supplied by the Customer;
d. report any damage or maintenance issues; and
e. leave the Space in accordance with these Terms.
16. Relocation of Bookings
16.1 Thrivespot may relocate a Booking to another comparable Space or larger within the Premises where reasonably necessary due to:
a. maintenance;
b. operational requirements;
c. building management requirements;
d. safety concerns;
e. equipment failure;
f. Force Majeure; or
g. any other reasonable operational circumstance.
16.2 Thrivespot will use reasonable endeavours to ensure the replacement Space is substantially comparable to the original booking or larger.
16.3 A relocation under this clause does not constitute a breach of these Terms.
17. Use of the Space
17.1 Customers must use the Space only for lawful purposes.
17.2 Customers must not use the Premises for any activity that:
a. is unlawful;
b. creates a nuisance;
c. causes unreasonable noise;
d. endangers any person;
e. damages Thrivespot's reputation;
f. interferes with other customers' quiet enjoyment of the Premises;
g. interferes with building operations; or
h. is otherwise inconsistent with the intended business use of the Premises.
17.3 Customers must comply with all reasonable directions given by Thrivespot staff.
17.4 Thrivespot may immediately terminate access to the Space where continued use presents a risk to people, property or the operation of the Premises.
18. Customer Responsibilities
18.1 The Customer is responsible for ensuring that all Attendees comply with these Terms.
18.2 The Customer remains liable for all acts and omissions of its Attendees as if those acts or omissions were the Customer's own.
18.3 Customers must ensure Attendees:
a. behave respectfully;
b. do not harass or intimidate others;
c. do not engage in abusive, offensive or threatening behaviour;
d. comply with all lawful directions from Thrivespot staff;
e. respect shared facilities; and
f. avoid conduct that may disturb other occupants.
18.4 Thrivespot may require any Customer or Attendee to leave the Premises immediately where their conduct breaches these Terms or is reasonably considered unsafe, disruptive or inappropriate.
19. Building Rules
19.1 Customers must comply with all applicable building rules, emergency procedures and safety requirements.
19.2 Customers must not:
a. obstruct emergency exits;
b. tamper with fire protection systems;
c. interfere with security systems;
d. damage signage;
e. obstruct common areas;
f. interfere with lifts or building services; or
g. undertake any activity that may invalidate the building owner's insurance.
19.3 Customers must immediately comply with any evacuation direction issued by Thrivespot staff, emergency services or building management.
20. Shared Environment
20.1 Customers acknowledge that the Premises operate as a shared workplace used simultaneously by other Members, customers, visitors and contractors.
20.2 Customers must conduct themselves in a manner that respects the rights, privacy and quiet enjoyment of other occupants.
20.3 Thrivespot does its best to maintain reasonable levels of noise for everyone in the premises, however, Thrivespot does not guarantee that surrounding areas will be free from unreasonable noise or activity associated with the normal operation of a shared business environment.
21. Services and Facilities
21.1 Thrivespot may provide access to shared facilities, including kitchens, breakout areas, amenities and other common areas where available.
21.2 Access to shared facilities may be restricted, modified or withdrawn at any time for operational, maintenance or safety reasons.
21.3 Customers must use all shared facilities responsibly and leave them in a clean and orderly condition for the benefit of other users.
21.4 Thrivespot reserves the right to modify, improve, replace or remove any facilities, equipment or services from time to time where reasonably necessary for the operation of the Premises.
PART 3 – CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS, FACILITIES & OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
22. General Customer Obligations
22.1 Throughout the Booking, you must:
a. use the Space in a careful, safe and responsible manner;
b. comply with all applicable laws, regulations and government requirements;
c. comply with these Terms and all reasonable directions issued by Thrivespot staff;
d. conduct yourself in a professional and respectful manner;
e. ensure your Attendees comply with these Terms; and
f. promptly notify Thrivespot of any incident, accident, damage, hazard or security concern.
22.2 You are responsible for supervising your Attendees throughout the Booking.
22.3 You must ensure your Booking does not interfere with the operation of the Premises or the enjoyment of the Premises by other customers.
23. Respect for the Premises
23.1 The Premises are operated as a professional business environment.
23.2 You and your Attendees must treat the Premises, equipment and all persons within the Premises with reasonable care and respect.
23.3 You must not undertake any activity that may:
a. interfere with another customer's business operations;
b. create excessive noise;
c. cause offensive odours;
d. obstruct access to common areas;
e. create unnecessary mess; or
f. damage the reputation of Thrivespot.
24. Furniture and Equipment
24.1 Furniture and equipment supplied by Thrivespot remain the property of Thrivespot at all times.
24.2 Furniture must not be removed from the booked Space without prior approval.
24.3 Customers must not dismantle, modify or interfere with any equipment supplied by Thrivespot.
24.4 Customers must not disconnect televisions, displays, networking equipment or audiovisual equipment unless authorised by Thrivespot.
24.5 Any equipment faults should be reported immediately.
25. Customer Equipment
25.1 Customers are responsible for all equipment brought into the Premises.
25.2 All electrical equipment must be safe, properly maintained and suitable for use in Australia.
25.3 Thrivespot may require the removal of any equipment that it reasonably believes:
a. presents a safety risk;
b. may damage the Premises;
c. interferes with building systems;
d. interferes with the operation of the Premises; or
e. is otherwise unsuitable.
25.4 Thrivespot accepts no responsibility for customer equipment.
26. Internet, Wi-Fi and Technology
26.1 Thrivespot may provide internet access, Wi-Fi and audiovisual equipment for customer convenience.
26.2 Internet services are shared amongst customers and are subject to fair and reasonable use.
26.3 Customers must not:
a. attempt to access restricted networks;
b. interfere with network security;
c. install unauthorised software or hardware;
d. introduce malicious software;
e. undertake unlawful online activity;
f. consume unreasonable network resources that adversely affect other users.
26.4 Thrivespot reserves the right to suspend or disconnect internet access where it reasonably believes network security or performance may be affected.
26.5 Thrivespot does not guarantee:
a. internet availability;
b. internet speed;
c. uninterrupted connectivity;
d. compatibility with customer devices;
e. uninterrupted operation of audiovisual equipment.
26.6 Customers should independently test any equipment required for presentations or meetings before the commencement of their event.
27. Air Conditioning and Building Services
27.1 Air conditioning is generally available during normal Business Hours.
27.2 Air conditioning may not operate outside Business Hours.
27.3 Customers requiring after-hours air conditioning should contact Thrivespot before their Booking to confirm availability.
27.4 Thrivespot does not warrant continuous operation of:
a. air conditioning;
b. heating;
c. ventilation;
d. electricity;
e. lifts;
f. lighting;
g. plumbing;
h. internet services;
i. building systems; or
j. any other services controlled by the building owner or third-party providers.
27.5 If any building service becomes unavailable due to maintenance, repairs, equipment failure, utility interruption or circumstances beyond Thrivespot's reasonable control, Thrivespot shall not be liable for any inconvenience, loss, business interruption, damage or expense arising from that interruption.
28. Catering and Food
28.1 Customers are responsible for ensuring that all food and beverages brought into the Premises are handled safely.
28.2 Customers must promptly remove all catering, food waste and associated materials following their Booking unless otherwise agreed.
28.3 Customers remain responsible for any damage or cleaning arising from catering.
29. Decorations and Alterations
29.1 Customers must not make any permanent or temporary alteration to the Premises without Thrivespot's prior written approval.
29.2 Without approval, Customers must not:
a. drill;
b. screw;
c. nail;
d. paint;
e. affix adhesive materials likely to damage surfaces;
f. attach signage to walls, ceilings, doors or windows; or
g. modify furniture or equipment.
29.3 Customers are responsible for any damage arising from decorations or displays.
30. Deliveries and Storage
30.1 Any deliveries associated with a Booking must be approved by Thrivespot where reasonably requested.
30.2 Thrivespot is under no obligation to receive, store or secure deliveries on behalf of Customers.
30.3 Any temporary storage approved by Thrivespot is entirely at the Customer's risk.
30.4 Property remaining after the Booking may be removed at the Customer's expense.
31. Waste Disposal
31.1 Customers must dispose of waste responsibly.
31.2 Hazardous substances, chemicals or dangerous materials must not be left at the Premises.
31.3 Excessive waste generated during a Booking may result in additional charges.
32. Prohibited Activities
Without Thrivespot's prior written approval, Customers must not:
a. conduct unlawful activities;
b. conduct any activity creating an unreasonable disturbance;
c. store goods at the Premises;
d. use open flames, candles or smoke-producing devices;
e. bring hazardous chemicals or dangerous goods into the Premises;
f. interfere with fire safety systems;
g. tamper with security systems;
h. obstruct entrances, exits or common areas;
i. damage or remove Thrivespot property;
j. conduct activities that may invalidate insurance policies covering the Premises;
k. undertake any activity likely to expose Thrivespot to legal liability.
33. Smoking and Illegal Substances
33.1 Smoking and vaping are prohibited within the Premises and anywhere else designated by Thrivespot or the building owner as a non-smoking area.
33.2 Illegal drugs and controlled substances prohibited by law are not permitted anywhere on the Premises.
33.3 Persons appearing intoxicated or affected by drugs may be refused entry or directed to leave immediately.
34. Security and Access Credentials
34.1 Customers must safeguard all access cards, keys, PIN codes and electronic access credentials.
34.2 Access credentials must not be copied, photographed, shared or provided to unauthorised persons.
34.3 Customers must not permit unauthorised persons to enter secured areas of the Premises.
34.4 Customers must immediately notify Thrivespot if an access credential is lost, stolen or compromised.
35. Lost Property
35.1 Thrivespot may, but is not obliged to, retain property found within the Premises.
35.2 Thrivespot may dispose of unclaimed property after a reasonable period.
35.3 Thrivespot accepts no liability for lost property.
36. Suspension of Access
36.1 Thrivespot may immediately suspend or terminate access to the Premises where it reasonably believes:
a. these Terms have been breached;
b. safety is at risk;
c. damage is likely to occur;
d. unlawful conduct has occurred or is reasonably suspected;
e. continued occupation may adversely affect other customers or the operation of the Premises.
36.2 Suspension or termination under this clause does not limit any other rights available to Thrivespot under these Terms or at law.
PART 4 – LIABILITY, INDEMNITY & LEGAL PROVISIONS
37. Personal Property
37.1 All property, equipment, materials, merchandise, displays, documents and other items brought into the Premises by you or your Attendees remain entirely at your own risk.
37.2 Thrivespot does not accept responsibility for the loss, theft, destruction or damage of any property belonging to you or your Attendees, whether caused by theft, fire, water damage, equipment failure, another customer, contractor or any other person.
37.3 You are solely responsible for ensuring your property is adequately secured at all times.
37.4 Any property left at the Premises following the conclusion of your Booking may be removed, stored or disposed of by Thrivespot after a reasonable period. Thrivespot accepts no responsibility for any costs, loss or damage associated with abandoned property.
38. Damage to the Premises
38.1 You are responsible for the acts and omissions of:
a. yourself;
b. your employees;
c. contractors;
d. consultants;
e. guests;
f. invitees; and
g. all Attendees associated with your Booking.
38.2 You must immediately notify Thrivespot of any damage occurring during your Booking, regardless of how the damage occurred.
38.3 You are liable for all loss or damage caused directly or indirectly by you or your Attendees to:

walls;

ceilings;
-
doors;
-
windows;
-
flooring;
-
furniture;
-
fixtures;
-
fittings;
-
artwork;
-
televisions;
-
displays;
-
projectors;
-
conferencing equipment;
-
whiteboards;
-
access cards;
-
keys;
-
locks;
-
kitchen facilities;
-
appliances;
-
internet equipment;
-
network infrastructure; and
-
any other property owned, occupied or controlled by Thrivespot.
38.4 Thrivespot may recover from you all reasonable costs associated with:
a. repair;
b. replacement;
c. specialist contractors;
d. labour;
e. cleaning;
f. freight;
g. installation;
h. administration costs reasonably incurred; and
i. any loss suffered by Thrivespot arising directly from the damage.
38.5 Fair wear and tear excluded, all damage remains your responsibility.
39. Cleaning
39.1 You must leave the Space in a clean, tidy and orderly condition.
39.2 Prior to vacating the Space you must:
a. remove all personal belongings;
b. dispose of rubbish in designated bins;
c. remove catering, decorations and promotional material;
d. leave furniture in substantially the same configuration unless otherwise instructed; and
e. ensure the Space is left in a condition suitable for its next booking.
39.3 Where additional cleaning is required beyond normal commercial cleaning standards, Thrivespot may recover its reasonable cleaning costs from you.
40. CCTV and Security
40.1 You acknowledge that the Premises may be monitored by CCTV and electronic access control systems for security, operational and safety purposes.
40.2 CCTV recordings may be reviewed by Thrivespot where reasonably necessary for:
a. investigating incidents;
b. protecting customers and staff;
c. investigating damage;
d. investigating theft;
e. insurance claims;
f. legal proceedings; or
g. complying with lawful requests made by police, regulators or government authorities.
40.3 Customers must not interfere with security systems, emergency systems or access control equipment.
41. Insurance
41.1 Thrivespot maintains such insurance policies as it considers appropriate for its business operations.
41.2 Those policies do not insure your property or the property of your Attendees.
41.3 You are responsible for determining whether your own insurance arrangements adequately cover:
a. public liability;
b. property damage;
c. theft;
d. business interruption;
e. professional equipment;
f. workers compensation (where applicable); and
g. any other insurance relevant to your activities.
42. Limitation of Liability
42.1 Use of the Premises and all Spaces is entirely at your own risk.
42.2 Thrivespot will not be liable for any loss, damage or claim arising from:
a. interruption to your business;
b. cancellation of meetings;
c. loss of revenue;
d. loss of profit;
e. loss of opportunity;
f. loss of goodwill;
g. business interruption;
h. corruption or loss of data;
i. network outages;
j. internet interruptions;
k. technology failures;
l. equipment malfunction;
m. building services interruptions;
n. failure of heating, ventilation or air conditioning systems;
o. acts or omissions of third parties;
p. theft of personal property; and
q. any indirect, consequential, exemplary or special loss or damage.
r. loss of anticipated income
42.3 Thrivespot does not warrant that:
a. internet services will operate continuously;
b. audiovisual equipment will always function;
c. mobile phone reception will be available;
d. building services will be uninterrupted;
e. power will remain continuously available; or
f. the Space will be suitable for every intended purpose.
42.4 Thrivespot's aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with any Booking is limited to an amount equal to the Booking Fees actually paid by you for the relevant Booking.
43. Indemnity
43.1 You indemnify and keep indemnified Thrivespot, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents and representatives against all claims, proceedings, liabilities, losses, damages, costs and expenses (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) arising directly or indirectly from:
a. your breach of these Terms;
b. any negligent, reckless, unlawful or wrongful act or omission by you or your Attendees;
c. injury to any person caused by you or your Attendees;
d. damage to the Premises or Thrivespot property;
e. infringement of any intellectual property rights;
f. breach of any applicable law;
g. any claim brought by one of your Attendees against Thrivespot arising from your Booking; or
h. your use of the Space.
43.2 This indemnity survives completion or termination of the Booking.
44. Force Majeure
44.1 Thrivespot shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, suspension or failure to perform its obligations where caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
44.2 Such events include, without limitation:
a. fire;
b. flood;
c. storm;
d. pandemic;
e. epidemic;
f. industrial action;
g. civil disturbance;
h. terrorism;
i. government restrictions;
j. utility failures;
k. internet outages;
l. building closures;
m. structural failure;
n. acts of God; or
o. any circumstance rendering the Premises unsafe or unavailable.
44.3 Thrivespot may suspend, relocate or cancel any Booking where reasonably necessary due to a Force Majeure Event.
45. Privacy
45.1 Thrivespot collects, stores and uses personal information in accordance with applicable privacy legislation and its Privacy Policy.
45.2 By making a Booking you consent to Thrivespot collecting, using and disclosing your information where reasonably necessary to:
a. administer your Booking;
b. provide services;
c. maintain security;
d. recover outstanding amounts;
e. comply with legal obligations; and
f. operate its business.
46. General Provisions
46.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties concerning the Booking.
46.2 Any failure by Thrivespot to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of any right.
46.3 If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be read down to the minimum extent necessary or severed, without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.
46.4 You must not assign, transfer or otherwise deal with your Booking or any rights arising under these Terms without Thrivespot's prior written consent.
46.5 Thrivespot may amend these Terms from time to time. The version published on Thrivespot's website at the time of the Booking applies unless otherwise agreed in writing.
46.6 These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
46.7 Acceptance of a quotation, Booking Confirmation, invoice, online reservation, payment of Booking Fees, entry into the Premises or use of any Space constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
47. Acceptance
By making a Booking, paying any Booking Fees, entering the Premises or using any Space, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms apply to every person accessing the Premises under your Booking, and you warrant that you have authority to accept these Terms on behalf of all Attendees associated with your Booking.
